I wish more families understood this before rehab:

By the time you realize you should be asking more questions… you are often already overwhelmed.

You’re tired.
You’re emotional.
You’re hearing different things from different people.
And underneath all of it is that quiet fear:

What if something important is being missed?

If that hits home, you are not alone.

I created a private 30-minute Rehab Ready guidance call for families who need help making sense of what’s happening, what to ask, and what to watch for during a rehab or skilled nursing stay.

Sometimes just having someone help you slow it down and sort through it can make all the difference.

If you want more info, comment INFO or send me a DM. 🙏

One of the hardest parts of rehab is not knowing:

Is this normal… or a red flag?

If you’re overwhelmed and trying to help a parent or spouse in rehab or skilled nursing, I now offer a private 30-minute guidance call.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about rehab is that families believe someone is going to sit down and clearly explain everything.

What the plan is.
What to expect.
What is normal.
What should raise concern.

But that is not how it feels for a lot of people.

Instead, families are often left trying to piece things together while also worrying about someone they love.

And that is a terrible place to be.

If you are dealing with a rehab or skilled nursing stay right now and feel overwhelmed, I offer a private 30-minute guidance call to help families feel more prepared and less alone.

Not medical advice.
Just calm, practical help from someone with years of nursing home experience who understands how confusing this can feel.

One of the hardest parts of having a loved one in rehab is this:

You don’t know if what you’re seeing is normal… or a red flag.

You want to trust the process.
You want to believe someone will explain everything clearly.
But a lot of families end up feeling confused, overwhelmed, and afraid they might be missing something important.

That is exactly why I created Rehab Ready.

If your parent, spouse, or loved one is in rehab or skilled nursing right now, and you feel like nobody is clearly explaining what’s happening, I now offer a private 30-minute guidance call.

It’s for families who need help knowing what to ask, what to watch for, and what to do next.

If this sounds like where you are right now, comment HELP or send me a message. 💙

📝 Quick caregiver survey:

If your parent, spouse, or loved one went to SNF rehab after a hospital stay, what blindsided you the most in the first 72 hours?

A. Pain / meds
B. Therapy timing
C. Bathroom / basic care help
D. Communication / not knowing who to ask
E. Discharge pressure / planning
F. Something else

Please comment with the letter — or tell me what caught you off guard.

I’m trying to learn what families wish they had known sooner. 💛
