Mission: Best yoU Food Force (BUFF) is a grassroots organization that supports and provides resources to our Kewaskum and Washington County community through the promotion of nutrition and wellness. Our vision is to expose every willing person to opportunities that enhance and enrich nutrition and wellness through:

1. Gardening experiences
2. Whole Food awareness
3. School Resource assistance

We

basically want to help in building on the knowledge of what good food means to our health. We realize the kids and young adults of this world can make a huge impact on where this world is headed. We would like to be there to help them move in a direction of health...and it can all start with what we choose to put in our bodies. We all want to be buff! Buff yourself up with food!
