My mission statement:
I am a Midwest Educator supporting the Midwest stylist. My specialties are French Haircutting and Balayage. I believe that by supporting each other, bringing each other up and sharing knowledge, everyone can grow in our industry and area. I'm here to provide quality education to the Midwest that usually is only available to the coasts or to the elite few who can travel to such areas. I want to support the Midwest stylist because I believe we don't have to follow the stigma that the Midwest is always a couple years behind in fashion trends. I believe the Midwest can be on top of thier game just as much as the coasts. The Midwest stylist is hungry for change and they want to better thier work, family, and financial situations. But they need educators who support them and believe in them, and not think of them as an afterthought. Over the past couple years I've had the opportunity to work with, communicate with, and educate myself by some of the industry's top independent educators from all over the country. I know from personal experience that it just takes one class, one connection, to open your eyes to new possibilities and realities. But you'll never know unless there's someone to show you. I'm here to show the Midwest that's there's so much more to our industry and that they can be a part of it too.

Balayage straight vs curly. I always let my clients know that if they style their hair straight, Balayage will look really blended. If they want to see ribbons of light with dark in between, they need to style it curly/ wavy (like the pictures they bring us)
