Thanks to everyone who came by and signed our banner! To keep National Day Without Stigma going: try to check in on a friend you haven’t talked to in a while and ask them how they’re doing! 🥰

Good evening, everyone. We at Active Minds are wishing you a great second week of classes.

Today is Su***de Prevention Day. Although everyday it is important to observe the severity of su***de, remember those who the world has lost due to su***de and always help those that are struggling, today is an extra reminder to do so.

A person with suicidal thoughts does not always look sad or express all symptoms of depression. This is just a reminder to check up on your friends and family and ask them how they're doing, maybe spend some time with them.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help. The Su***de Prevention Lifeline's number is 1-800-273-8255, but there is also an online chat option at https://su***depreventionlifeline.org/chat/ if you do not feel like talking.

If you are interested in additional resources or have other questions, never hesitate to message us here or on instagram .

This world is lucky to have you. 💗
