This week was suppose to be the last week of the summer camp but the kids enjoying it so we will officially be done the first week of school spots are still available.

🚨🏈 TRUE LIMIT SUMMER GRIND CAMP 🏀🚨

School is almost out… what is your athlete doing this summer?

This year I’m hosting the True Limit Summer Grind Camp to help young athletes in Kennett get faster, stronger, and more confident on the field and court.

📅 May 21 – August 8
📆 Thursday • Friday • Saturday

☀️ Morning Session (9:30–10:30AM)
Speed • Agility • Plyometrics • Conditioning

🌙 Evening Session (5–6:30 PM)
Football 🏈 & Basketball 🏀 Skills

✔ Small training groups (Max 14 athletes per session)
✔ Focus on fundamentals & athlete development
✔ Competitive and positive environment

We offer flexible options:
• Full summer
• Monthly
• Weekly

⚠️ Spots are limited and will fill quickly
