Welcome back 9th grade families! Over the next four years, we will be fundraising to support several exciting and memorable Senior Year activities, including:
🍦 Ice Cream Truck
🍕 Yearbook Signing Pizza Party
🌅 Senior Sunrise Pizza Lunch (Seniors gather in the Brearley parking lot to watch their last sunrise together)
🎓 Graduation Day Decorations
🎉 Project Graduation
🎯 Our Fundraising Goal: $30,000
Our biggest expense is Project Graduation, which is a safe, fun, and secure event held the night of graduation. The goal is to give students a celebratory space free of drugs and alcohol. It runs from around 11:00 PM to 3:00/4:00 AM.
Breakdown of Project Graduation Costs:
Venue rental
Entertainment/activities
Food & catering
Transportation to and from the venue
🛑 Important Note
We aim to fully fund these senior activities through fundraising. However, if we don’t raise enough, we may need to request additional contributions from parents whose students want to participate. That’s why your involvement and support are so important.
Please note: All events are subject to available funding.
💵 Expenses NOT Covered by PTO Fundraising (paid individually by seniors)

💡 What is Project Graduation?
Graduation night is a joyful and emotional time for students and families. However, it’s also a night when celebrations can turn dangerous if teens are unsupervised. Project Graduation provides a safe, alcohol- and drug-free celebration for our graduates in a secure location with food, entertainment, and friends—all night long.
