We are thrilled to share that all three of Sandhill Cranes Academy’s Directors have completed their Montessori in residency!
Over the past year and a half, our team has been deeply engaged in Montessori coursework, weekly classes, observations, and just completed a two-week intensive residency focused on Montessori materials, child development, best practices, and creating authentic Montessori learning environments.
As we prepare to welcome our inaugural students this fall, we are committed to continually growing as educators and leaders so we can provide the highest quality Montessori education for the children and families we serve.
This milestone is just one step in our Montessori journey. Next, our directors will continue working toward their MACTE Montessori certifications through a year-long practicum, allowing them to further deepen their knowledge while serving the Sandhill Cranes Academy community.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of our families, friends, mentors, and community members who have encouraged us throughout this journey. Your belief in our mission has helped turn a dream into reality.
The future is bright, and we cannot wait to learn, grow, and continue to build our school community together. 🌱✨
