I just got through creating a new logo for Spoonful of Sugar Learning Academy. I plan to use it on shirts, workbooks and tote bags. What do you think?

Working on homework with Sofia. Making an alphabet train, filling in the missing letters.

Freeze dance!! I played a song and when it stopped Ari had to freeze and tell me what shape or number she was on.

Creativity at its finest. Sofia and I are creating Halloween decorations. I just laid out the supplies and let her create. We had a blast!!!!!

Used black beans to create the letter H.

Here's our Halloween wall. We made creepy faces with pumpkin stickers and worked on the letter H.

Saw this on pinterest. Grab a cookie sheet, magnetic letters and playdough. Make small balls from the playdough and put them under each letter. Have child squish the playdough and tell you the name of each letter. Ari really enjoyed this. Ill try it again with numbers and sight words.
