Mrs. Lisa Richard is our daughter’s Lower Elementary Montessori Teacher. She brings together the elements of discipline, structured learning, love and fun in a very unique and special way. She treats the children in her classroom as if they are her own and continually aims at bringing out the best in them. The children respond to her teaching style with a warmth and a desire to perform. She requires them to respect themselves, each other, her and the overall school environment on a daily basis. While the focus is academics, Mrs. Lisa also encourages her students in the area of emotional growth, independence and maturity. She customizes her approach for every single child and successfully moves them along at a challenging, but achievable pace. She is an excellent communicator and always makes sure her parents are on the same page as her.
Mrs. Lisa has impacted the life of our child in a very positive and encouraging way and the growth we have seen from her in just a little over a year is amazing. The joy and enthusiasm with which our child loves to attend school is all thanks to Mrs. Lisa!! We love her and are really blessed that she is a part of our lives!
