What if you could trap a whole galaxy inside a jar? ✨
Parents and kids are obsessed with this magical little project it looks store-bought but it’s completely homemade.

A dreamy little craft that feels like capturing the night sky in a jar.

Ingredients:

Clear glass jar with lid
Cotton balls
Warm water
Food coloring (blue, purple, pink)
Fine glitter
Spoon or dropper

Directions:

Stretch and fluff cotton balls, then place a layer at the bottom of the jar.
Add a few drops of food coloring onto the cotton.
Sprinkle a pinch of glitter over the colored layer.
Pour a small amount of water to help blend the colors.
Repeat the layers with different colors, cotton, and glitter until the jar is full.
Close the lid and gently turn the jar to admire the swirling galaxy effect.

Every layer tells its own little story, and together they create something truly magical.

New tradition:

Today we read CHALK. The kids loved it! They couldn’t stop talking once they realized what the kids were doing to save themselves from the dinosaur.

So. Much. Fun! 🦖
