Another quick revival. 2 and a half days from the time we bought to the time we sold it. Bought as a roller then installed all the parts it needs to be back on the road. We have more mini bike and gokart content to come. Let us know if you wanna see more stuff like this!

Hey everyone. I know some of you live in areas where you can't shoot off fireworks 🎆🎇. My shop is across the street from a park. So I'm inviting anyone that wants to swing by the night of the 4th and hangout. No I'm not supplying fires works for you but I will have a grill going. This Coleman Powersports CT200U-EX is back for more work. This time it's in to get front brakes. We don't like how the front brake handle and the rear brake handle are different. So it looks like this thing is going to be getting a rear brake upgrade soon too. Stay tuned for that!

Today we did some upgrades to this mini bike. VM22 carb and some nibbi grips. This thing idles super nice after tuning the carb and picked up a decent amount of top speed after a rejet.

Just a friendly reminder. Don't let fuel sit in your small equipment engines over the winter. The ethanol in fuel absorbs moisture and gels up. I have had to clean or replace a dozen carburetors in the last few weeks.

Customer brought this trailer in for some repairs. Had the jack folded over and the welds for the support brace broken off. While doing the repairs we found a few cracks. After the repairs we did some reinforcements and rounded some sharp corners to keep people from getting caught on them. If you need some repairs done give us a shout.

Just a heads up so you all know. We do fender rolling. We start out at about $50 per fender/quarter rolled. Some jobs cost more due to it having multiple layers of metal to form. If you need them rolled hit us up!

Fun little wiring side quest. Wired in a switch panel and fuse box into this 125cc, 3 speed golf cart. The switch panel is only powered when the key is on. There is a fuel pump, cooling fan and radio switch. At some point in time I was told we are going to be adding in headlights, turn signals, brake lights and running lights. Once we do all that the harness will be cleaned up. Thanks for the interesting project Travis.
