There was significant Mu Phi representation at this year's MTNA Conference: Alumni member and Xi chapter faculty advisor Yi-Yang Chen delivered a captivating presentation on four-hand piano works by East Asian composers. Alpha Kappa Chapter member Andreas Landstedt was awarded 1st Place in the Young Artist Composition Competition and performed his piece at the Winners Concert. Alumni member F***y Po Sim Head presented on curating multicultural concert programs. Alpha Kappa President Naren Palomino Pardo, along with collegiate member Daniel Eduardo Corredor Silva, collaborated on a discussion regarding the incorporation of South American rhythms in piano repertoire. So much Mu Phis doing great things in the music world! 💜 Phi Epsilon Professional Music Fraternity
