This is an enormous topic/conversation to be had. There are so many umbrella/sub categories where issues, concerns or troubles can arise.
In general companionship, love, connection, and affection are desired by everyone. It can take up a lot of our mental space, affect our self confidence and eventually bring about any underlying co-dependent behaviors.
Something important to consider is that we will attract who we are in others, we cannot give away what we do not already have for ourselves.
Often I see we are giving the best of ourselves to someone/other people who are not returning equal value, attention, reciprocation, and energy. To the point where we are done with being used and manipulated. It's hard to open up ourselves again to avoid previous let downs or heartbreaks.
It is key to not look outside of our selves for what we have not healed in ourselves first. Look within, do the "shadow work". The work is done and can begin when we know we wish to change what is no longer serving us. The trial and error we already experienced is a good starting point.
I always say, if you wish to be better at something make it a study. Especially based on the TITLE.
For you, what is that? Identify it, work on one at a time if you must. In your awareness look for situations to arise in life where you wish to shift into the ideal outcomes and how you react to stimulus.
Focus on your mission and purpose in life above all else/anyone else. No one will for us. What tends to get in the way of that is disassociation through vices, comfort, pleasures, social media, and whatever form distraction comes.
Have I said anything we don't already know to some level? Let us not live in the insanity of repeating the same cycles, letting neglect accumulate into disaster, and externalizing blame.

I’ve seen too many times how people fantasize, and talk about what they will do or have to maintenance others perceptions of them. In person and social media. I often wonder what they would actually do for themselves if nobody knew about it.
Live 1 life instead of managing 2 or 3 perceptions or versions.
You know your demons, your imaginary evils.
A plan, discipline, clarity, commitment, and action are what actually set you apart from the life you talk about and the chaos you manage instead of eliminating.

ELIMINATING CONFUSION - - Pains and Problems
In this context of pain and problems, if you would separate them into 2 categories, IN your control and OUT of your control.
Obviously what you CAN do, take action on, and think in your mind is IN your control.
Everything else including other people are OUT of your control for the most part. Whatever others do and say that can have affect, especially on the negative spectrum as far as reactions go.
A key tool is just to assume that everything is "your fault". Or the mindset "its all on me".
Why? How long is it going to take someone or something outside of yourself to change and suit your ideals? There's no way to be certain.
But how soon could you DECIDE to change, and become stronger than the circumstances? Immediately.
One thing I have concluded is: You can tell that someone is confused whenever they are pointing the finger outside of themselves.
ALL of the pains/problems you face that are in your control stem from NEGLECT. You have neglected so much that it has accumulated into disaster.
How many things are we capable of neglecting? Often times its a web, multiple neglects that create a situation of suffering.

AWARENESS
There is plenty to say on what awareness is and how it contrasts to consciousness. I would say the most valuable aspect of awareness is how to focus it on polarizing situations such as positive and negative emotions/experiences.
For example, the negative spectrum.
You are disrespected, yelled at, belittled, insulted, used, taken advantage of, etc etc.
In these moments you are more likely to respond on impulse or project your reaction onto the person or situation. This can have massive blow back/ or repercussions that can further harm yourself or the situation.
In these moments to practice awareness, focus and identify "I am feeling this way, I do not like it, this is frustrating. But what outcome do I want? I choose self preservation in this moment. I understand that what has brought about this situation may or may not be in my control, but my response is in my control. What is my ideal outcome in responding to this stressful moment? I should reflect a bit longer before responding. No one MADE ME feel this way, it is my response, my reaction I am in control of."
So clearly self talk upon the awareness of reaction is KEY.
Eventually concepts like mental alchemy/transmutation will be the next level up in exercising/utilizing the mental faculty of awareness.

⭐️Introduction for Kinetic Mind
Happy Thursday to everyone ☀️
I want to share WHY it is that I have decided to create and establish this personal brand, Educating/Coaching endeavor.
Firstly, I am to the point where I have gotten over myself. Self limiting thoughts, negotiating with my lesser self, imaginary evils, fear of what others might think, etc.
I am confident that what I know, have experienced, the information converted to wisdom, and what I have to share is valuable to basically everyone.
I find it selfish now that I would keep all of my insights to living a better life to myself. Or the thought that ONLY those in proximity to me could willingly benefit.
A question I have had is: "When people look at someone they want to be like, what are they admiring? Is it what they materially have, who they are(their affect), The peace of mind(calmness/less reactive), Little to no problems, A little bit of everything?"
I am confident I myself bring a little bit of everything that could want to be emulated or admired. Especially from a beginner level. So I feel my reach is greater to relate and have these meaningful conversations and messages. I am willing to change, self reflect, ask challenging questions, admit fault, and I do want to progress WITH YOU 🙂
The human experience is vast, and the differences in our experiences are worth investigating. Help me, help you, help as many people as we can. Lets turn years into months by sharing what works in all the areas important to your ideal outcome ☮️
