Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible educators, leaders, and champions who are making a meaningful difference for students and communities across St. Louis.🤩

The Education Champion Awards were a wonderful opportunity to recognize their dedication and the impact they’re making every day.

We’re grateful to our host, Saint Louis University (the PRiME Center & School of Education), and presenter, Amy Shaw from Nine PBS, as well as Innovative Technology Education Fund for their support. We’re especially thankful for the collaboration and partnership of Turn the Page STL and the St. Louis Education Fund in bringing this celebration to life and helping us honor the people who continue to move education forward.

What happens when you invest in funding equity? The results speak for themselves.🎯

New research from Thomas B. Fordham Institute found that after Missouri’s 2022 House Bill 1552, which increased charter school funding, 75% of the additional dollars went toward salaries and benefits.

That’s what investment looks like in the classroom!
