Founded by Ellie Berland and Rylie Beck, Hera creates intentional gatherings for sacred belonging. Cultivating a community that bridges ancient and modern.

We are passionate about designing experiences that invite the “seeker” into curated containers for high-conscious collaboration and education. There is sacrament in the mundane and everyday is a new opportunity to establish ritual in observation of the art of intentional living. Hera’s goal is to re-imagine the ways we connect to ourselves, the earth and each other.

A channeled poem for June.

For the women shedding old skins, welcoming joy and grief alike, and learning to live in the beauty of both.

The Solstice reminds us—there’s room for it all. 🌞

Will & Surrender

There is room for it all—
joy and grief,
cycles closing
and just beginning.

How beautiful
an experience
to be given.

May we find the balance
in the new layers
of fresh skin
left behind
by the sharp, merciful
shedding of it.

Can we learn
to find home?
Balance all that is?

Flow, flow—
let it all flow.

Embrace
the space
between.

So honored to have the sweet sounds of summer at Slow Solstice played the old fashioned way.

will be curating the sound space all day in the atrium like the vinyl angel she is.

A little ritual in a glass.

Crossroads Hotel made a drink just for The Weekly—an orange iced matcha named, fittingly, The Weekly.

It’s creamy, citrusy, and earthy, exactly what your midweek self needs.

We gather every Wednesday morning to ground, create, and connect.

Come slow down with us.

Wednesdays · 10–11:30AM ·

Introducing…

The Weekly
A co-working ritual for grounding, creating, and connecting.

What it is:
• A weekly gathering to move from scattered to centered.
• A co-working session anchored by ritual, intention, and deep focus.
• A space to be witnessed, supported, and celebrated in community.

Who it’s for:
• Solo-preneurs, creatives, neurodivergents, and anyone carving their own path.
• People craving structure without rigidity.
• Those who work best when they’re body-doubling or held by the quiet presence of others.

The flow:
• Guided grounding meditation
• Intention-setting and sharing intentions
• 45 minutes of deep, focused work (body doubling)
• Closing reflection + community share (space to offer needs, upcoming events, collaborations, etc.)

What you’ll leave with:
• Clarity on what matters most this week.
• Real progress on the projects you care about.
• A deeper sense of connection—to yourself and to others walking a similar path.

A note:
Come as you are. Sharing is optional. Your energy is welcome, however it shows up.

Here are the last two highlights before we gather for Still Equinox tomorrow :

These interactive offerings invite you to pause, reflect, and bring something beautiful home with you.

Wellness Offerings to Explore This Sunday

As we prepare to gather for Still Equinox tomorrow, we want to highlight three incredible wellness practitioners who will be offering on-site services throughout the day.

This market is more than a place to browse—it’s a space to receive, restore, and align with the energy of the season.

Here’s who you’ll find offering support at Crossroads Hotel:

Taochemy – Offering ear seeding, acupuncture, and vitamin shots to support balance, immunity, and nervous system regulation.

MOCO Massage – On-site bodywork to help you release tension and land fully in your body.

Libby Kramer – Astrology readings to help you understand what’s stirring within and how to work with the cosmic rhythm of Spring.

Come early, take your time, and let these offerings support your shift into the new season.
