🦅Hello Central 76 Alum,

We have two upcoming community involvement and volunteer opportunities with Hope House for our alumni class, family and friends.
1. Domestic Violence Presentation
Hope House will host a Domestic Violence Presentation on:

Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Lees Summit Campus
1121 NE Independence Ave.
Lees Summit, MO 64086
This would be a meaningful opportunity for our alumni members interested in learning more about domestic violence awareness and community support services. It is also an opportunity to educate volunteers on the importance of helping victims of DV.

2. August School Supply Volunteer Opportunity
Hope House is also seeking volunteers during the last week of August to assist with organizing school supplies for students and families in need. (we can determine the exact day later)

Volunteers would help with:

Setting up or tearing down school supplies
Organizing supplies into boxes
Restocking and organizing shelves
They are requesting approximately 3–5 volunteers.

Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (we can determine the exact day later)
Location:
9908 E. Winner Road
Independence, MO 64052
I believe both events provide meaningful ways for us to continue serving our community. Please reply to this email or contact Dojuan if you have questions and/or wish to volunteer.

Blessings,
DoJuan Wesley, Community Engagement Liaison

Gloria Gates Bradford, Reunion President
