Celtics,

With the passing of Mr. Leo & Mrs Leo my thoughts go to what made O'Hara
High School special. Yes, a new Building, New Equipment, New Traditions
and all the excitement that was a part of those early years. BUT, most
of ALL it was the PEOPLE, THE LEADERSHIP, THE FACULTY, THE STUDENTS & the PARENTS.

Mrs Staub and I were so fortunate to move to K.C. to take on a new chapter in our lives. I still share with people ALL of the
adventures that occurred in our 9 years at O'Hara 1966 to 1975.
We were Blessed to experience being a CELTIC.

My daughter Tracey & I were able to attend Mr. Leo's funeral & we had
planned for Tracey & my son Geoff & myself to attend Mrs Leo's funeral
but were unable to travel due to weather conditions.

Many of you may have had contact with the Leo family(4 boys, 1 girl) we
were all Blessed to have known such caring people.

We all know the truth in what Coach has reminded us, all of us at O'Hara formed a community, a bond. So many good people. May we continue to spread that goodness.

The Archbishop O’Hara Mass of Remembrance will be held Thursday, November 7th at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel at St. Michael High School.

Well, it has been five years since we gathered last time for our 50th reunion.
Hope everyone has fond memories of that weekend.
We think a casual event in a local tavern is in order for the 55th.
Simple evening on a Saturday night, in an easy access area.
No cover charge, no event charge. Come as you are able for an hour or the evening.
We will have 10 tables reserved for us in the back room.
Drinks on your own, Jaspers is right next door if you want dinner beforehand.
We will have some light snacks; this joint does not serve food but we can bring in whatever we want.
Hope to see all the 69'ers there!
