Thoughts on self-worth 🦋
The past year has been a testament to how far I’ve come in reclaiming my VALUE. I used to let other people sway my own perception of this, but not anymore.
Pain is the greatest teacher.
And after many obstacles, I no longer get upset at the lessons, but I accept them. I realize where I can tweak and how I can continue growing into the person I want to become.

It's not about "niching down," it's about...
FUNNELING all of your interests back to your ONE thing. ☝🏼
If you've done the work, then you know that everything is connected.
You get to be creative in how you tie your multiple interests back into your primary medicine. ♻️
I struggled with this for the longest time when I first started my brand as a Spiritual Life Coach, then I decided to start Social Media Marketing.
I faced an identity crisis for like 2 years, I kid you not 😂
However as my frontal lobe developed (thank god), I realized that it isn't as important as we make it seem to be.
You're allowed to express all versions of yourself.
The most important aspect of this is to make sure that your primary service speaks louder on your page.
Think about these questions when you're looking at your profile...
▪️ If I look at the top 9 posts, is it clear what I do?
▪️ Are my story highlights aligned with what my brand offers?
▪️ Is my bio optimized in how people can start working with me?
As long as you have these 3 questions clearly ironed out, then feel free to talk about all of the fun other sides of you on your stories.
Your stories are a great way to express your multi-faceted self.
AND it gives people other ways to swipe up, DM you, and connect with you on a deeper level.

HI, I'M BRITTNEY!
I'm on a mission to make this planet a better place by helping people turn their gifts into a business.
I started on the entrepreneurial journey in 2020 when I decided to become a Life Coach. Even though I was Certified, I struggled because I didn't know how to actually get clients.
I spent the following years learning what I had to in order to authentically brand, market, and sell online. I was a natural at content creation, so I shifted my coaching brand into a social media marketing service.
Since then, I've spent the past 4 years helping entrepreneurs implement social media marketing strategies so they can make money doing what they love!
The ways in which I help range from doing it with you or doing it all for you. I believe we all deserve support no matter what stage we're at in the entrepreneurial journey.

Idk if you knew this, but...
Marketing cannot exist without Sales. 😬
You can market yourself on social media all you want, but it's pointless to create all the hype if you don't know what to do afterwards.
This was the biggest barrier for me when I first started my business. I felt so uncomfortable asking people for money. I literally felt my entire body tense up because it felt so scary to put myself out there for potential rejection.
As soon as you can reframe your mind around what Sales actually IS, the sooner you'll start to see results in your business.
Sales isn't JUST about a monetary exchange for a product or service.
Sales is ALSO about the genuine desire to help someone.
🙃 I know you're probably sick of hearing this, but it's true.
People can feel your energy. When you come in with the intention of "omg I hope I can close this deal because I really need money" then people can LITERALLY FEEL THAT.
What do you think would happen if you went in with the intention of, "I really dig this person's vibe. I'm curious what they're going through in life, and I wonder if there's anything I could do to make it easier for them"
It's the simple shift in your intentions that can align your energy into doing sales in a way that's NATURAL and ORGANIC.

If someone had no idea where to start with marketing, this is what I would tell them to take the first step...
Get clear on the problem that you're solving. That's all marketing is - a solution to a problem that your audience may not even realize they have
Please don't keep it surface level on what the problem is like "to live a better life" because honestly people don't realize their life isn't good until you paint the picture to show them where they're at, and where they could be (transformation).
Really think about: how do they feel? what does their day-to-day look like? what are the internal struggles they face?
If you answer those questions and speak to those pain points, then your client's will feel SPOOKED because they'll be like "how did she get in my head!?"
That's what the goal is - to make the audience know that you understand them. How you can be the guide to help them overcome a problem.
Once you simplify what that problem is, you can craft the rest of your brand around it. You have more freedom to express the multiple sides of yourself as long as you are crystal clear on the one thing that people KNOW that they can come to you for.
Think about it... when you see my page, what does it tell you that I do? Does your page have the same message? Not just in your bio, but also in the content itself?

There's no point of pouring all of your energy into your content if it isn't producing results for your business.
I think people are spending too much time worrying about their social media presence that they're not even considering the fact that it's working or not
When it comes to content strategy, there are different outcome types that produce different results. It's definitely important to consider the "hype" inspirational content you're probably already creating, and that's a good half of it, but the content that is "lead gen" focused is equally as important.
Lead Gen content is meant to speak directly to your ideal client avatar's pain points (that they may not even realize that they have) so that you can draw the bridge and offer your services as the solution.
So how do you do that?
1. Have an attention-grabbing statement (Hook)
2. Address the problem
3. Express empathy/understanding
4. Provide a Solution (your service)
5. Call them to take action by engaging with your post or messaging you
Then what do you do with the leads?
You reach out naturally.
You nurture the relationship.
You get to know them and what their struggles are.
You continue to remind them of who you are, and they'll let you know when they're ready to buy from you.
Lead Gen posts may not work DIRECTLY right-away (unless you have a really big following and super strong offer), BUT it does provide a way to NATURALLY create leads, organically build an audience, and feed your business in a way that's authentically aligned with you.

This stops so many entrepreneurs...
They want to launch their offer or services, but they hold themselves back because they feel like they're all over the place and they don't know how to articulate themselves.
This is something I've also struggled with, but learned how to improve over time with practice. It all started when I worked in a restaurant and I had to learn how to get to the point as soon as possible!
Think about it this way when it comes to your business as well. Everyone is busy and constantly moving, so how can you communicate your brand in a quickly effective way?
Here are some pointers I keep in mind (ALWAYS):
🗣 What is relevant to the listener?
Try your best not to share every little detail that made you come to your realizations. Tell them what's important for them to know.
🗣 How can I get to the point in 1-2 sentences?
You can be concise if you hold these guardrails for yourself. If you only had a couple of sentences to say, then what would you say?!
🗣 What would spark curiosity to keep listening?
People like to feel engaged in a story. Give them a chance to speak by pausing in between sentences and allow them to ask YOU questions!
You can hold yourself to a high degree while articulating yourself.
Be the strong leader that can hold it all - discerning what's relevant for the listener, while also giving yourself freedom to express yourself.
