As leaders, we’re the ones who hold folks accountable. But how do you react when you’re held accountable for your own actions? How we respond sets the tone for our whole team.

This is a safe space for helpers, empaths, teachers, care-givers & other like-minded folks to find connection through fellowship & build a community that's inclusive, honoring of the journey we're on, & cultivated to help us all bring our light into the world. Here, you can be yourself--truly, authentically, raw, vulnerable...ALL are welcome here! There's always a seat for you at the table!

A few house rules to guide our community:

1. This is a safe space. No judgements, no name calling, or putting others down.
2. Come as yourself. Be willing to dive in & do the hard work to self reflect & GROW.
3. Get comfy with being UNcomfy. Change isn't easy & it's definitely uncomfortable. This is a GOOD thing! We confront all things with tough love, but love is at the heart of all we do.
4. Join the conversations! No one likes to talk to an empty room & get zero feedback. So post, reply, & encourage others as your capacity allows.
5. What happens in here, STAYS here. Please do not screenshot, share, or otherwise disseminate posts, files, etc. from this group. This is how we stay safe & keep trust.
6. Finally--BE HONEST. With others & most importantly with yourself. We all want to grow, change, shift. This can't happen without introspection & owning your sh*t. We all have to do it & that's why we're here.

I'm so excited to get going & create this space where we cheer each other on, kicking ass & supporting each other when our asses get kicked. So come on over--we've saved a seat for you!
