All females athletes welcome to attend! We have as young as first graders joining the fun. During the summer our session is open to non club members. Please register by filling out the link below. Pay via Destine Venmo or cash.

Our club has been training the last few years every week with Jason at Destine working on speed + agility along with functional strength training. This past season our athlete’s quantified their training with great results.

▫️Average vertical increase was 2 inches!

▫️Average increase on pro-agility: 0.79 tenths of a second in just a few months for both!
