A different kind of office view.
There are no conference rooms out here, and most conversations don’t require words. There’s more listening than talking—watching movement, reading reactions, and learning when to ask, when to wait, and when to simply let a horse work something out.
The days are measured a little differently, too. Progress isn’t always found on a calendar or written in a report. Sometimes it’s a small change in response, a little more trust, or a moment of understanding between horse and horseman.

The primary role of the Facilities Maintenance position is to ensure that we have a safe, secure, and productive work environment which requires a good working knowledge of a wide range of maintenance skills, involving construction and repair.
