A warm morning welcome can change the whole day.

At Hour Time, our educators help children feel safe and settled from the moment they arrive. That may look like greeting a child warmly at the door, getting down to their eye level, learning each family’s drop-off rhythm, or offering a few quiet minutes with a favorite book or toy before joining the group.

Calm patience and steady reassurance are important teaching skills. They help turn teary goodbyes into smiles and give children the confidence to begin exploring at their own pace.

We’re looking for early childhood educators with an Associate’s degree or CDA who would enjoy being that familiar, welcoming face each morning. We’re hiring as we prepare to open two brand-new classrooms, and we’d love to connect with educators who value thoughtful transitions and caring relationships.
