Lightning never strikes the same place twice.

Drum Roll, Please...
The notion that lightning doesn't strike the same place twice is a myth. Lightning can and does strike the same place multiple times, particularly tall structures or objects that provide a path of least resistance for the electrical discharge.

Not all storms come to disrupt your life; some come to clear your path.

I’ve got a question for you…

When working through a life challenge or issue, to you think it is important to spend time trying understanding why something happened the way it did or why you are the way you are?

I’ll get it started by sharing my thoughts…

I was once told “You can spend years trying to understand why you’re scared of the water but it still doesn’t get you to jump into the pool.”

In my experience, although understanding “why” can be insightful, it rarely leads to transformative change. In my experience, I find it is better to spend time on the “what”… “What would I love instead?” and in taking baby steps every day in service to my dreams and desires.
