Friends,
We have a big bummer of an update. 💔

Yesterday we were notified that our venue had accidentally double booked us, and we haven't been able to find a suitable backup venue with such short notice. We'll be taking our standard summer break, so we will miss seeing your faces until we return in August! ☀️

All tickets already purchased will be refunded in full. We appreciate your understanding, and we can't wait to see you all again at August First Friday! 💛

"Do I need a partner for May First Friday (2026)?"

Not at all! 🤯

You don't need to bring anyone! 👀

In fact, we rotate during our Beginner Lesson, so that everyone gets to dance! 🕺🏼💃🏼🎉

Quite a lot of people come without partners. And, by the end of the lesson, you'll have a room full of dance partners! 😍

It's deeply important to us that we cultivate community in our city. Dancing together is the best way, in our opinion 😉

Well there's no time like.. THIS FRIDAY! 👀

At April First Friday (2026) we will teach a beginner swing dance lesson from scratch. "If you can walk, you can dance!"

We LOVE to teach beginners and we promise you will surprise yourself with how much you learn in just one lesson! 💪🏼💥

It's our goal to prepare you to confidently dance the night away. Come see for yourself! 👀
