Every student needs someone in their corner. That someone could be you.

As a Compass Peer Mentor, you’ll encourage middle school students to try new things, work through challenges and discover what they’re capable of.

College students, put your leadership into action while gaining hands-on experience—and get paid doing it.

Autumn and Johnna represented Compass Academy Network at the Pittsburg State University Education Fair today, sharing our mission and introducing students to opportunities to serve as Peer Mentors in our summer program.

Who’s a teacher who changed your life?

On this World Teachers’ Day, we’re celebrating the educators whose lessons stick with us long after we leave their classrooms ... the ones who challenged us, believed in us, encouraged us and helped shape who we became.

At Compass Academy Network, we see firsthand the difference great teachers can make in the lives of young people and in our communities.

So today, give a great teacher their flowers. Tag a teacher who changed your life and tell us what made them special.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to educators everywhere!

📚 Compass makes an impact on educators, too.

100% of Compass teachers reported that CAN had a positive impact on their teaching skills.

Through hands-on learning, meaningful connections with students, and the opportunity to grow as educators, Compass helps teachers build skills and confidence they can carry into classrooms for years to come.

When educators grow, students and rural communities benefit. 💙

Compass Academy Network was at the Missouri Southern State University Internship Expo today, connecting with students interested in making a difference for rural middle schoolers as Compass Peer Mentors.

We even had a special visitor stop by ... MSSU President Dr. Dean Van Galen!

Peer Mentors are a huge part of what makes Compass special, serving as role models, leaders, and mentors while gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.

Thanks to MSSU for a great day of connections! 💚💛
