We are a one-room style school house with smart-learning technology, hands-on quests and adventures, and Socratic-only guides. First, It is a full-time, 21st-century, learner-driven, one-room schoolhouse made up of registered homeschoolers. From Socratic discussions, hands-on quests, and apprenticeships to the latest smart-learning technologies, the learners manage their own studios with the help
of their studio mates. Second, We believe every child is a genius, and we equip each one with the ability to find their calling to change the world. Third, it is founded on economic, political, and religious freedom principles and is accredited by the International Association of Learner-Driven Schools (IALDS.org). Acton Academy combines the best of self-paced homeschool, 21st-century technology, and group collaborative learning to create a dynamic, inspiring environment led by the students. We are enrolling ages 5-12 for the 2025-26 school year. What: 8:30 am—3 pm, Full-time Private School where all the students are registered homeschoolers. Parental involvement in the day-to-day operations is not required, but parent learning meetings are expected three times a year. Family quests also help families grow on their hero's journey. When: Starting July 15th, we will operate year-round, except June and the first half of July. We will have sessions of 5-6 weeks on and a week off throughout the year, with 2 weeks off at Christmas. Please ask about our Founding Family Discount for the 2025-2026 school year.
