When in all reality, we need the Gospel and the church it produces as recorded in the Gospel

“Now I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. But I will warn you whom to fear: fear the One who, after He has killed, has the power to throw into hell; yes, I tell you, fear Him!”

Jesus left heaven’s glory and embraced humanity—rejection, temptation, exhaustion, grief, poverty, and the cross. Yet He fully submitted to the Father’s will. Will we trust, obey, and follow Him faithfully through our own trials?

We must never underestimate the deceptive power of Satan to use religious people to carry out his greatest works — See John 11:56-57

“The world is passing away and its lusts; but the one who does the will of God continues forever” (1 John 2:17 NASB 2020).

The gospel is clear: a believing, penitent sinner must actively respond to God’s grace. Acts 22:16 says, “Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins.” Salvation calls for faithful obedience, not indifference or delay.
