Congratulations to PTECH students Xavier Grieme, Yadier Martinez and Chris Szabo for being inducted into the SUNY Fulton-Montgomery Community College's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) national honor society, Alpha Alpha Upsilon.

Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society has been dedicated to fostering the success of high-achieving students at two-year colleges for over a century. Students eligible for membership must complete at least 12 hours of associate degree coursework while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Our C/STEP students spent "a day in the life of the Mohawk River." They joined thousands of students statewide in assessing water quality and biodiversity, with our students getting into the Kayaderosseras Creek next to campus.

-Is enrolled in or has been accepted to a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program.

-Resides in Fulton or Montgomery Counties.

-Has not previously been the recipient of a Soroptimist Women’s Opportunity or Live Your Dream Award.

-Does not have a graduate degree.

-Is not a Soroptimist member, an employee of Soroptimist International of the Americas or immediate family of either.
