For over 45 years, Dr. Thomas Kwasigroch has guided medical students through the intricacies of medical human gross anatomy at ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine. A Quillen alum established a scholarship to honor Dr. Kwas and his many years of service. The Dr. Thomas Kwasigroch Scholarship Endowment supports Quillen medical students who held a career in healthcare prior to medical school, first generation college students, or military veterans. Doug Taylor has been welcoming students to the Quillen family since the school opened in 1974. In honor of his incredible 52 years at Quillen, we are calling on 52 students to make a contribution of any amount to his scholarship fund. His scholarship is given to Quillen students who have a demonstrated financial need. Many recipients are first generation college students and military veterans.
