A theme has come up in coaching various "verbal processor" leaders lately. They want to become better communicators. When we explore deeper, the idea of being more focused is what they are trying to figure out.

In the article “5 Predictions About How Coronavirus Will Change The Future Of Work” from Forbes.com, the author Tracy Brower said one result of the pandemic is "Leadership will improve.” Brower says, "In the toughest times, the leaders who excel are those who communicate clearly, stay calm and strong, demonstrate empathy, think long-term and take appropriate decisive action.” My question for you is could your leadership use some professional development around: communication, executive presence, empathy, strategic thinking, and action?
