I am passionate about accelerating high-potentials and their managers who desire to develop as leaders with focus on confidence. I work with leaders who don't just focus on the outcomes but are also concerned about the character in how it is done. Increasing leader's competence and confidence through executive coaching will expand influence and achieve great results. We can have a 90 minute complementary strategy session to discuss your development goals and the initial plan to reach them.

In the article “5 Predictions About How Coronavirus Will Change The Future Of Work” from Forbes.com, the author Tracy Brower said one result of the pandemic is "Leadership will improve.” Brower says, "In the toughest times, the leaders who excel are those who communicate clearly, stay calm and strong, demonstrate empathy, think long-term and take appropriate decisive action.” My question for you is could your leadership use some professional development around: communication, executive presence, empathy, strategic thinking, and action? These are things leaders talk to me about all the time. Want to talk? www.hoopercoaching.com
