I just came from the Centennial High School game at Johns Creek. They were both undefeated in conference going into this game so it was a big one. The Knights took an early 7-0 lead and then Johns Creek scored 21 unanswered points in the 1st half before the Knights added a late 1st half touchdown to go in down 21-14. JC then scored early in the second half to go up 28-14. The Knights didn't give up and scored a 4th quarter TD but unfortunately missed the extra point. They then scored another TD with 2 minutes left in the game but failed on the 2-point conversion. They got the ball back again with 1:11 and completed pass after pass until they had to throw up a Hail Mary from the 40 which failed as the time ran out. Amazing game and a gutsy effort by the Knights! Congratulations to Johns Creek HS on a solid win.
