🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ WCMS CROSS COUNTRY IS OFF AND RUNNING! 🖤💛

28 WCMS Cross Country runners loaded the bus at 4:30 AM Saturday morning to compete in their first race of the season!

👏 Special congratulations to Xander Busby, Roger Tlacuatl, and Boone Browning, who each placed TOP 10 in their races while competing against a field of more than 400 middle school runners! 🏅🔥

Both our boys and girls teams ran great and represented WCMS well! Now it’s back to work as we continue dropping times through determination, hard work, and consistency! 💪

Attention Parents and Guardians of WCMS Football Athletes there will be a mandatory parent meeting Tuesday August 18 after practice at Martha Puckett Gym. This will happen @5 pm we will go over game protocol, playtime expectation. Fundraiser, post game meals, travel schedule, check outs, rosters, and more.

Cross country conditioning starts on June 8th and is open for all 6th - 8th graders. We will practice Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9:15am. Please scan the qr code to join the band group for team announcements and schedule specifications. We look forward to seeing you out there!
