A staple of the Nimbus repertoire, Dawn Marie Bazemore’s 2019 “The After Party”.

Set to music by Nancy Wilson and Nina Simone, “The After Party” is infectiously joyful at times, complex and defiant at others, but always a jaunt and a pleasure to watch!

Take Tchaikovsky’s holiday classic on a joyride through the Garden State, where two kids from different sides of town discover a mysterious golden suitcase—and find themselves racing through city streets, down a magical manhole, and into a vision of their city they never imagined.

With acclaimed Nimbus professional dancers, young performers from across the state, dazzling jazzy choreography, larger-than-life sets, glittering costumes, animated projections, and plenty of laugh-out-loud characters, Jersey Nutcracker is a celebration of imagination, community, and the joy of the season.

After 16 years of thrilling audiences and sold-out performances, Nimbus is bringing this beloved Jersey holiday tradition to the majestic Loew’s Jersey Theatre as the iconic 1929 Wonder Theatre reopens its doors.

❄️ See you at Loew’s Jersey Theatre!

Thank you Susan Wallner for this wonderful video!
