PS3 Project PLAY is a committee of interested parents to work on the renovation of our playgrounds. The Frank R.

Conwell School (PS3) PTA created a committee of interested parents to work on the renovation of our playgrounds (PreK and the K-5 area). The Project PLAY committee is working on short term measures to fix or replace existing equipment, as well as a longer term strategy for the complete overhaul of the playgrounds.
