What an incredible day of learning, connection and inspiration at the NJAND Annual Meeting! 💙🫐

Thank you to our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, volunteers and committee members who came together to support the dietetics profession and strengthen our nutrition community across New Jersey.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from one another, celebrate our accomplishments, and continue advancing the impact of registered dietitians and nutrition professionals throughout the state.

Here’s to the conversations, collaborations and ideas that will continue long after the meeting.

No two days look the same for Jennifer Collins, Director of Nutrition at Meals on Wheels in Ocean County. Her role seamlessly blends client care, operations, and nutrition planning—supporting the health and well-being of the seniors she serves every day.

What drives her? Building meaningful relationships while helping older adults live healthier, more connected lives. From sharing stories to providing nutrition guidance, Jennifer’s work goes far beyond meals—it’s about compassion, trust, and community.

Registered dietitian and annual meeting co chair, Kimberly Mana highlights her preceptor Ellis Mills.

Kim completed her dietetic internship at Montclair State University. She completed her undergraduate an MS studies at Arizona State University.

This is what Kim had to say about her preceptor:

“Elana completely shifted how I viewed the field of dietetics. She introduced me to the wellness space and showed me there is room for creativity in how we educate and connect with clients. This experience had a lasting impact in how I practice today.”

Kim is currently an Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian.
