We appreciate everyone’s continued support, understanding, and commitment to helping us pour into the next generation and strengthen our community together.

Sundays well spent. 💫 There’s something powerful about intentionally showing up for the next generation. A kind word, your time, your presence, your mentorship, it all matters. What’s one way you’ll pour into our future this week?

Big news! The Domino Affect is starting another cohort!

We’re continuing the work of breaking cycles, building resilience, and creating space for growth, healing, and accountability. This next group is another step toward stronger youth, stronger families, and stronger communities.

Let’s keep the momentum going. 💙

The Domino Affect is officially a nonprofit organization!

What started as a vision to break cycles of violence and support our youth has now grown into something even bigger. This step allows us to expand our impact, reach more young people, and continue addressing the root causes of violence through mental health support, emotional regulation, and community connection.

We are just getting started.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, believed in, and poured into this mission. The work continues — and now, the impact grows.

I am so honored to share that The Domino Affect was recently featured on WHAS 11 🖤

This moment means a lot to me because it reflects the heart behind this work—creating space for healing, growth, and prevention for our youth. What started as a vision has grown into something that is truly impacting lives in our community.

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who has supported, partnered, and believed in this mission. It takes a village, and I’m thankful for mine.

This is bigger than a program… it’s about breaking cycles and building a better future for the next generation.

Last night was a powerful moment for The Domino Affect.

We had the opportunity to present to the city council in support of our mission to serve and uplift our youth—and the response was nothing short of incredible.

A special thank you to Councilman Evan Stoner for being a true advocate and leading the charge. Because of the support of our local leaders, The Domino Affect was awarded:
• $3,000 from the City Council
• $500 from Chief McVoy
• $3,000 from Larry Wilder

I am overwhelmed with gratitude. This support is bigger than funding—it’s belief. Belief in our work, in our youth, and in the future we are building together.

Thank you to Judge Reger, Thrive, Community Action of Southern Indiana, and Street Widows Foundation for your letters of support and for standing beside us in this mission.

This is what community looks like. This is how change begins.

Tonight wasn’t just a graduation. It was proof that change is possible.

We celebrated young people who chose growth over excuses, accountability over blame, and healing over harm. They’ve done the hard work: learning emotional regulation, making amends, facing trauma, and building real tools for life beyond these walls.

The Domino Affect isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about one decision creating another… and another… until an entire life shifts direction.

To our graduates:
You showed up.
You leaned in.
You did the work.

That matters.

Thank you to our mentors, supporters, and community partners who believe in restoration, not just punishment. When we invest in people, we change outcomes.

The domino has tipped. And this is only the beginning. 💛
