We’ve lost an extraordinary leader, colleague, and friend in the passing of Ashley Sendelweck, our Vice President of Marketing.

For 17 years, Ashley helped shape JSI in ways that reached far beyond her role. She left her mark through her creativity, optimism, and the relationships she built along the way.

She believed in people. She celebrated their wins as if they were her own. She made time for conversations that mattered and had a way of making everyone around her feel capable of more than they thought possible.

Ashley showed us what it means to Love What You Do, not just through her words, but through the way she lived each day. The example she set is one we will strive to live up to.

We are heartbroken by her loss, and deeply grateful for the years we shared with her. We'll honor Ashley in the way we care for one another and the work we do together.

Our hearts are with Ashley's family, her friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
