URGENT: We need ONE more business partner for Fall 2026! 🛠️⚡
Our local Craftsman with Character work-based learning program is one host site away from launching this September, and we need your help to make it happen for our high school students.
If your local Janesville-area business operates in manufacturing or the skilled trades (electrical, construction, plumbing, automotive, HVAC, welding, etc.), this is your chance to build a direct pipeline for your future workforce while giving back to our community.
What host sites provide:
-Mentorship, hands-on learning, and real-world career exploration.
-A single-semester commitment starting the first week of September.
- Hosting 2–3 motivated high school students each day.
-No more than 4 days a week, roughly 75 minutes per day, generally between 7:45 - 9:15am.
Why partner with us?
You get early access to local talent, help bridge the skills gap, and make a lasting impact on local students exploring hands-on careers.
Time is running out to finalize our program schedule! If your business is interested or if you want to learn more, please contact:
