Camel Pose is one of my favorite gentle heart‑opening shapes. It helps release tension through the chest, shoulders, and front body while creating more space for your breath. Perfect for busy moms, beginners, or anyone needing a moment of openness and ease.

Moms — when you tried this, did it feel more like a chest opener or a front‑body release? I’d love to hear so I can create more gentle heart‑opening resets that support your day.

The world gets loud.
Sunday evening, we get quiet.

This Sunday at 5pm at Zenful U, we settle into a candlelit, slow, grounding reset for your nervous system — long holds, deep rest, and space to breathe again.

If you’ve been craving stillness, this night was made for you. Join me for this Twilight Restorative Journey.

This wide‑legged forward fold flow is one of my favorite ways to release tension through the legs, low back, and ribs. Walking the hands to each foot adds a gentle stretch, the twist opens the spine, and the slow roll‑up helps reset your whole body. Perfect for busy moms, beginners, or anyone needing a quick moment of grounding.

Moms — which part of this flow felt the best today: the fold, the twist, or the slow roll up? I’d love to hear so I can create more gentle resets that support your day.

A longer exhale is one of the quickest ways to calm your nervous system.
This simple breathing pattern helps soften stress, slow your heart rate, and bring you back into your body — even on the busiest days.

Did the longer exhale help you feel calmer or more grounded? I’d love to hear so I can create more breathwork that supports your day.

A quiet moment of ease for your low back, ribs, and shoulders.
Child’s Pose with a side stretch is one of the simplest ways to soften tension and reconnect with your breath — especially on busy days.

Moms — which side felt tighter for you today, right or left? I’d love to hear so I can shape future gentle resets around what your body needs.

Seated Figure 4

This gentle hip opener is perfect for releasing tension from long days of sitting, driving, or carrying little ones. Seated Figure 4 helps soften tight hips, ease low‑back pressure, and bring a little more freedom into your movement.

As you cross your ankle over your knee, let your breath guide the stretch. Lean forward just enough to feel space opening through the outer hip — no forcing, no pushing, just mindful release.

If this felt good, save it for later and share it with someone who could use a quick hip‑opening reset today.

Seated Eagle Arms

This gentle seated shape is one of my favorite ways to open the upper back and melt tension through the shoulders. If you spend a lot of time driving, carrying your little one, working at a desk, or scrolling (we all do), this simple posture can make a big difference.

As you wrap your arms and lift your elbows, feel the space widen across your upper back. Let your breath soften the tight spots and invite a little more ease into your posture.

If this felt good, save it for later and share it with someone who could use a quick shoulder reset today.
