Our CTE Education and Training students have begun their rotations at our elementary and intermediate schools! They are assisting teachers and students with lessons, activities, and other important day-to-day operations. These students are pursuing their certification to become educational aides through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) upon graduating from high school.

🏆 3rd Place State Championship Welder 🏆

🔥 Congratulations to Emmanuel Moreira for an outstanding performance at the TXHSWS State Championship at TSTC Abilene! Out of 725 student competitors, Emmanuel placed in the Top 20 on Day 1 and went on to earn 🥉 3rd Place in the Championship Round after successfully passing both AWS weld tests. 🛠️⚡

Mrs. Hernandez’s BBQ teams, Smokin’ Racks and BBQ Royalty, represented us well at the State BBQ Championship! We are so proud of these students for their hard work, dedication, and talent on the grill. 🍖🔥

With NEW welding backpacks, shirts, welder caps, gloves, and safety glasses, they now look like true professionals and are ready to compete.
