At Bold City Safety, LLC, we are committed to equipping workers with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Our safety training programs are designed to empower workers with the tools necessary to recognize, mitigate, and prevent job-related hazards on construction sites.
This Training Will:
Provide workers with information on how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job-related hazards on a construction site.
Inform workers about their rights, their employer's responsibilities, and explain how to file a complaint with OSHA.
Cover a variety of construction safety and health hazards that workers may encounter on a construction site.
What is OSHA Outreach Training?
The OSHA Outreach Training Program is designed for workers covered under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act). The OSH Act applies to private-sector employers and their employees in all 50 states and certain territories and jurisdictions under federal authority. As such, OSHA Outreach Training Program courses are conducted only within OSHA's jurisdiction.
While OSHA Outreach Training is voluntary and does not satisfy the training requirements in any OSHA standard, some states and local jurisdictions have enacted laws mandating this training. Additionally, certain employers, unions, and various other organizations require workers to complete this training to work on job sites and meet their own safety training standards.
How Long is This Training?
This training requires a minimum of 10 hours to complete. OSHA limits training sessions to a maximum of 7 1/2 hours per day. Our standard 2-day format consists of:
Day 1: 7 hours of training
Day 2: 3 hours of training
Total Duration: 12 hours (including breaks and lunch periods)
OSHA-Authorized Trainers & Certification Details
Our trainers are OSHA-authorized to conduct this training.
Upon successful completion, students will receive:
A downloadable certificate of completion within 24 hours.
A DOL-issued course completion card mailed within 3-4 weeks.
Please note that the OSHA Outreach Training Program is not a certification program. OSHA does not approve trainers or classes, nor does it certify trainers, students, or curricula.
