During this free bike ride, we will discuss multimodal facilities, road cycling safety, and cycling infrastructure design, while showcasing the many beautiful sights and wonderful amenities around the route, starting and ending at the Brewhound Dog Park + Bar.

On Friday November 15th at 12 p.m. join the Jacksonville Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee and co-hosting organizations City of Jacksonville, Florida - Government Transportation Planning Division, Angels for Allison, and the North Florida TPO at James Weldon Johnson Park in Downtown Jacksonville for the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (WDoR).

The WDoR is a global event honoring the 1.35 million people killed and millions more injured on the world’s roads each year.

In Jacksonville, families of traffic crash victims, street safety advocates, and transportation professionals will gather along with local elected officials to commemorate those who have been killed or seriously injured in traffic crashes on Jacksonville’s roads and to organize for change to prevent such tragedies in the future.
