Had the privilege of attending the CAP Inspector Training in Orlando. Accreditation is an integral part of our profession. This day-long conference helps attendees on both sides of the inspection process, from being a fair and thorough inspector, to being prepared when CAP comes knocking.

The future of patient care is on the line. Without action, 15% cuts to 800+ common tests could take effect January 1—leading to layoffs, pay freezes, and fewer labs able to serve as training sites for the next generation of professionals.
The bipartisan RESULTS Act (S.2761/H.R.5269) has been introduced to fix this broken system, stabilize reimbursement rates, and ensure labs can continue to serve patients.
Your voice matters. Visit stoplabcuts.org to contact your Representatives and Senators today. Together, we can protect patient access and the clinical laboratory workforce.
