🎄Yesterday, 10 dogs and 1 cat were adopted at our Holiday Adoption Event at the Putnam County Animal Shelter, plus 5 more dogs found homes at an offsite event—15 dogs and 1 cat total! 🐾

🌟A huge thank you to the dedicated staff at the shelter, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, the Putnam County, FL BOCC, Palatka Daily News, and our amazing community for making this possible and helping these pets find their forever homes!❤️

🩷🩷 Nike & Olympia: bonded pair who have been at the shelter A YEAR! 1-3 years old
💙 Ferris: 1 year old, great on leash and super happy boy
💙 Jay: Young brindle, came in with brother
💙 Silent Bob: Young brindle, came in with brother
💙 Tigger: 1 year old, gentle boy who opens up with patience
🩷 Jen-Nay: 5 years old, specially trained to “belly up” every 5 seconds
🩷 Butters: 2 years old, great on leash, loves people

Here are a few of the pups that will be available for adoption Sunday, 6/22 from 11-3 at the Petsupermarket near Aldi’s and Target!

All dogs can go home with you tomorrow with the following:

💜Spayed/Neutered
🖤Up to date on shots including Rabies
❤️Heartworm tested (any hw positive dogs goes home with a year’s supply of heartworm prevention sponsored by Paws for Putnam!)
🧡Harness and leash
💚Crate to take home to assist with transition (deposit required that will be refunded if crate returned)
💛One training session with certified trainer (sponsored by Training Alliance Movement!)

It's thunder season in Jacksonville! Don't be afraid to buy your pet some clothing to comfort them!
