Reflections from the heart of ITM 💖📝🌿
During Women’s History Month, I’m moved by the strength, courage, and vulnerability that we naturally carry as women. It comes with a lot and yet we continue to break barriers through our existence.

These photos 😮‍💨 A decade ago, I stepped forward trusting faith, curiosity, and the love of community. Today, I stand grounded, supported, and growing into the work I was meant to do. A gentle reminder of pursuing your hearts desires ✨

In the Midst, a seed that represents the power of dance in community. With the platform being in a paused season of alignment and planning, reflecting creates the next steps of being in the midst of each other🙏🏽✨🌱

I am deeply grateful to every mentor, friend, and community member who has uplifted me along the way🥹. That has joined me in carrying out ITM. From classes, performances, projects, and off the platform..your connection has allowed me to expand within myself. This journey is ours together.
