Had lots of rain this week but still managed to get some ā€œdry workā€ in and fields were dry yesterday so we had to hop on.
Like Ron Washington said itā€™s about repetition, repetition,repetition. There are only so many hops you can get and only so many different throws you can make. If you can recognize the two and continue to repeat them you will be great on the field. Thereā€™s no such thing as a bad hop if you have great feet. Break it down so when it gets to game speed you can slow it down. Get out there and make it look Ez

If you want to be a game changerā€¦ simplify the game when on def, on the bases or at the plate. You donā€™t have to do all three in the same game but when you get the opportunity to do one make sure you can get it done. Know what youre capable of and it get it done.
