Congrats to Jerry Thompson on winning our basketball shotgun raffle. We appreciate everyone’s support on making the raffle a success. Our basketball programs appreciate your help in purchasing a new Dr. Dish Shooting Machine. All programs will benefit greatly from it. Again thanks to all and Go Raiders! LAST CALL‼️ I will be at the gym tomorrow evening from 6:00-7:30 to take up the remaining raffle tickets and money. Coach Herbert is out of town so I’ll be taking both the boys and girls tickets. I will be busy the rest of the week so make sure to get them turned in tomorrow. Make sure to share with the boys and parents. Thanks.

We just completed another Sunday night of shoot arounds with our lady Raiders basketball teams. We had 18 girls total between jr high and varsity attend for a non mandatory workout (We even had a 6th grader and a 1st grader attend 😂). The girls worked their tails off for 2 straight hours shooting, working on form, moves/IQ, and ball handling. We have some hungry young ladies that want to prepare to win! They understand that winning happens NOW! I love watching the progress from week to week.

This bunch just finished our 2026 summer basketball camp at Jax State this morning. This is a group that is willing to work and lay it on the line. Once we figure things out and find the unity within the team, we will be fine. They played their tails off everyday and did everything that was asked of them. I can’t wait to see what the next 5 months holds for our development and preparation for this next season.

Today this bunch takes on day 2 of the Jax State Women’s Basketball Camp. We start with Spring Garden at 10:00 and play Lafayette Ga at 11:00.
