Just watch and see it will be better than you could have ever expected!

Measuring myself up in the mirror… we all do it. Am I enough? Can I pull this off?

A house divided.

Are you divided in your house. Your one body, your temple.

Do you stand in the mirror and pick yourself apart?

Do you wish that was smaller, or this was bigger or that was tighter or those scars weren’t there?

Acceptance brings unity. Unity brings PEACE. Accept yourself.

Accept the fact that YOU are beautiful and made in the image of the living God and His word says you are a masterpiece.

You are enough.
You can pull it off.
You are a work of art in every way.

Accept you for the BEAUTIFUL YOU you are!

Just gonna leave this here…..

“Pain signaled that something was wrong. Pain was the sign that my old way of doing things wasn’t working. And if I didn’t change, pain would prevent me from living the good life”

Trust God… I fumble this all time. Not sure why… I suppose I like to be in control. Good word this morning.
He is worthy of our trust.

The difficult situation you desperately want fixed? The one causing you so much anxiety and pain? The one you know is beyond your ability to change?

Resist the pressure to figure it all out. Resist the desire to control. Resist the temptation to panic and feel like it all depends on you. Resist the pull toward focusing on all the other person is doing wrong. Resist dwelling on worst case scenarios.

Stand outside during sunset tonight and as the light drops into the horizon watch what God puts on display. See what He can do with a mix of light and darkness.

And remember why we aren't afraid that the end of this day means the end of the light forever.

It's because we know how magnificent it will be when He brings the light back tomorrow morning. We know the sun will rise because God has been faithfully showing us that over and over and over.

The God who makes the sun rise is the same God to whom we can safely release all we are facing.

God sees it. God knows what to do with it. Trust Him to guide you. Do your part. But then let Him handle the rest.
