New class schedule coming soon! We are very sorry for the lack of classes and posts lately, we lost one of our senior lizards and had to take some time. Thank you for your patience while we get our new schedule together!

Jeweled Lacertas are amazing and we had Blue in our lives for about 12 years. She was almost full grown when we got her and don't know how old she was when she came to us.

We’re excited to offer this preview session for those wanting to see what we are about before Summer & Fall enrollment starts! This is an all-ages session. Although we are trying to keep this session drop-in friendly, an email letting us know how many will be attending would be extremely helpful in ensuring we have enough supplies!

Our preview session is for all-ages and we will have a variety of activities.

This is a non-drop-off program where parents remain on site and children explore nature at their own pace through play, observation, and gentle guidance. Our program is child-led and parent-supported, with a strong focus on plants, animals, sensory exploration, and building empathy for the living world. Sessions are designed to be playful, respectful, and rooted in real ecology—where curiosity is encouraged and families learn together.

Nature Explorers (Ages 0–4)
A gentle, playful introduction to nature through:
• Sensory exploration
• Movement & play
• Early nature awareness

Wilderness Explorers (Ages 5+)

• Ethical foraging education
