*Each Camp is scheduled for a Tuesday. In case of inclement weather the Thursday following the camp date will be the make-up date.

Hey y’all tomorrow will be our last Friday evening clinic from 6 to 8 at the Cape Girardeau Sportsplex we have had a very good off-season of camps and have been very happy with those who are growing. Come get your process on and grow more tomorrow evening with us!!!!! !!!!!!

If you are interested in speed and explosive movement in all directions and over all muscular and skeletal health I strongly suggest to be apart of this opportunity! I’m proud to present Esia Rivera the Foot Dr to our area! He will be taking 4 groups of ten on Feb 8th. Esia has worked with every athlete from Softball, baseball, football Etc. Hey y’all, just a reminder that our Friday night clinic is this week. Price is $10 per camper 6-8 Come out and join the process!!!! Also Saturday the 14th will be our first Slappers camp! I’m so excited!!! Registration is at 8 and camp starts at 9 advanced and intermediate will work together beginners work from 9 to 11 30. There will be Tee stations, fundamentals of timing and footwork and total awareness of the swing! This will be $50 per camper. Come join us! !!!!!!
